If your issue does not require us to come to you we can connect to your computer remotely to perform basic tasks. The system we need to connect to MUST have a high speed Internet connection and must be able to connect.
Obviously many hardware related issues would require us to go out to the customer, but most software related issues can be performed remotely. Some examples of tasks typically performed remotely are: Virus / Malware removal, Printer software installation, Email issues, Software training, File sharing, Program errors.
Sometimes, you may want us to see a particular error while it occurs.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE EVERYTHING WE DO ON YOUR SYSTEM.
We will explain as we work what we are doing and why. The connection is originated on your end and once the connection is closed your computer can no longer be accessed until you activate it again. We can't access your system without your knowledge.
